- Review, completion, and submission of all workers’ compensation claim forms to their correct jurisdictional Board.
- Monitoring all active claims and keeping track of all progress.
- Review and provide tools to minimize experience rating costs.
- Active communication with case managers, adjudicators, return to work specialists and other parties.
- Development and review of modified duties offers.
- Monitor and coach modified duties plans.
- Monitoring and coaching ongoing updates of functional abilities information.
- Participation in return to work meetings.
- Disputing claims.
- Monitor and provide feedback on long-term benefit awards.
- Assistance in joint health and safety (JHSC) meetings.
- Assisting employers in classification and premium reporting
- Development and implementation of early and safe return to work (ESRTW) plans.
- Second Injury and Enhancement Fund (SIEF) review.
- Representing employers at all levels of appeals.
- Handling any other issues that may arise within a claim.
- Assisting in all other areas that may revolve around workers’ compensation claims and an early and safe return to work for all injured workers.
